SMT Splice Tapes, Clips, Tools, Cover Tape Extenders, Cover Tapes
Splice Tapes are used to join new SMT reels to expended reels while the pick and place system is in full operation to avoid downtime, and to increase efficiency.
Our SMT splice tapes are self-adhesive and come in pre-cut lengths. They are very versatile and can be used with a wide range of SMT placement systems for example: Assembléon, Europlacer, Fuji, Hitachi, Yamaha iPulse, JUKI, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Essemtec, Philips, Quad, Samsung, TDK etc.
All SMT products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards.
Heat Shrink Tubes
Grand Solution provides a comprehensive range of heat shrink tubing for electrical insulation and mechanical protection in various colours, materials and shrink ratios. All tubes are manufactured under ISO quality and environmental system certifications and many of them meet UL and MIL standards. The products are also RoHS compliant. Please note that at the moment the tubes are available only in case of big quantities.
